Corrections

Correct the record.

SportsGlare corrects material factual errors promptly and transparently. Material changes receive an updated date and a clear correction note. Small typographical fixes may be made silently where they do not alter meaning.

Corrections and responses

SportsGlare welcomes factual corrections, additional evidence and substantive responses to its reporting. Because SportsGlare uses a collective editorial byline, responses do not need to be addressed to a named journalist. Editorial correspondence can be sent to [email protected].

Where reporting contains significant allegations concerning an identifiable person or organisation, SportsGlare may seek comment before publication where appropriate and practical.

Corrections and new information are assessed against the available evidence. Where a material factual error is established, SportsGlare will correct it transparently.

Where a subject disputes reporting but the underlying facts remain supported by the available evidence, SportsGlare may incorporate or publish that position without treating the disagreement itself as a factual correction.
